Joe Schwab, Sr. is the Chief Financial Officer at Uniplex Construction and the head of special projects for development and community involvement. His lifetime of experience in the construction industry began at the age of 14, when he built a spec home with his father, and has grown to incorporate every aspect of the industry.

He has experience in commercial tenant improvements, multi-family capital improvements, single-family residential development, townhome development, new construction, and remodeling.

Joe also spent many years working within the insurance industry. He leverages that expertise to act as an advocate for Uniplex’s restoration clients, helping them navigate the complex banking and insurance processes.
