Lisa PooleSenior Relationship Manager

Lisa Poole is the Senior Strategic Relationship Manager for Uniplex Construction, a multi-award winning, Seattle-area construction company, which was named one of the fastest growing companies in Puget Sound in both 2017 and 2018. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the traditionally male-dominated construction and insurance industries, Lisa is known as a pioneer for women in these fields among peers and colleagues. Her outstanding record as a relationship-builder is powered by her unique blend of relentless energy, careful listening skills, and an intense focus on customer satisfaction.

Lisa’s career began in the insurance restoration industry, after she graduated from the University of Puget Sound Business Leadership Program, and she has held a variety of increasingly senior business development roles ever since. Before being recruited to the construction industry, Lisa also spent several years as a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance broker, and she holds an Associated Risk Management designation by the CPCU.

Lisa’s experience across the multiple fields of insurance restoration, commercial tenant improvement, roofing, and residential construction, means that she brings an unusual breadth of perspective and understanding to every client conversation.

As an active volunteer in the industry and community, in addition to her professional roles Lisa has held key advisory positions in multiple regional associations including: CREW Seattle (Commercial Real Estate for Women); Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) King County;  Associated Building Contractors (ABC); Belden Club of Seattle; National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC); and Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Country Remodelers Council. She is  also an active participant at events by the Puget Sound Adjusters Association and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Finally, Lisa has served for four years as a Director on the Board of Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI), and has also served on the Board of Camp Sambica.

Lisa credits her instinctive passion for connecting to and with people as a key driver in her career success, particularly in industries where relationships are so crucial. She is delighted to now put her nearly two decades of experience and trusted relationships to work on behalf of her team and clients at Uniplex Construction.
